Never saw the Merc AMG GT R in person. Beautiful shape, matte paint was a nice touch. Vermont plates too.

It really was one of the most fun drives I’ve ever had.

I even saw a black bear amble out of the fog as I was coming down one mountain.

You've never picked a 55 mph road with curves and set the cruise at 75?

I think that one is called Eight Seconds.

Strap in once you set it to 75 and see how long you can hang on.

Its also fun on off ramps. You see how far you can go before hitting brake.

If you’re not jamming on the brakes 10 feet before the top of the ramp, you’re not living.

Anyone else watch Fastest Car on Netflix? Sure the back stories are about as fabricated as some of the sleepers ("This race is for my daughter who has scoliosis!") but I love seeing garage built cars go up against super cars and guessing who is going to win. Watched one the other day with my daughter and she lit up when the girl won against all the guys.

One of the best cars ever produced.

If you have the means... I highly recommend picking one up.

That GT2RS will run circles around the GT3RS....

...But, in truth, I'd rather drive the Exclusive everyday on the street. So, if I had my choice, I'd own a GT2 RS and an Exclusive.

    I prefer the 3RS over a 2RS as well.

I would say the GT2 RS should be driven nowhere but on the track. On the street I would rather drive a turbo S exclusive then a GT3 RS

997 will go down as the best 911.
