Nadia: sweet pics and stoke as usual! Sorry for the thread hijack.
Digital: The TGR asshole in me wanted to post "Sweet blog bro". But I'll be a bit more diplomatic. The ski world is full of "rich" people. It's also full of "poor" people who just dedicate themselves to making it happen. Stop fucking up Nad's stoke with your introspection.

As for the back ass question of how she pays for fun..well really its none of your business and second thier are a ton of poeple who make dog shit money and spend 100 plus days skiing and playing ....work hard play hard is the saying....some need material things in life other need life expierneces that are not the norm......sorry for the rant
Yes i am jealous of your badass lifestyle... keep gettin after it......always forward but never straight

nice shots, Nadia!
Take the snide comments as a compliment because what they're really saying is that they're jealous as fuck!Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature... Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. -Helen Keller

Thank you.. at some point you have to realize that skiing isn't exactly a "poor" persons sport. Lift passes, ski gear, and gas is expensive. Not having to pay for gear or passes helps out, making money while doing what you love helps keep it affordable too.
McKenna and Dylan fish in the spring/summer/fall in AK to afford their "lifestyle" of living like nomads in a camper and sleeping on friends couches all winter long. There are ways to make doing what you love work for you if you're willing to think outside the box, and sacrifice certain things like the white picket fence or fancy car, going out, etc. All 3 of us bought our trucks and snowmobiles 2nd hand.
How does anyone afford what they do? You work, you prioritize what's important to you. You also give up certain things to make it possible. I moved back home to help my dad with his mortgage due to failing health and doing more volunteer work with NGO's these days. Most people I know in Whistler that ski full time in the winter work 2-3 jobs all off season doing 70-80hr work weeks to save up. Dave and I worked night jobs in the winter at nightclubs for a few years to bank extra cash, there are ways to make it work, they're just not conventional.
The wrap kit is by LimeNine, Brendan does some amazing kits and designs for moto, snowmobile and jerseys. http://www.limenine.com/
and people wonder why there is a lack of "stoke" on TGR these days... haha.

You do realize that it's glacier ice-fall with open crevasses all around right? Not to mention conditions were bulletproof. Hahaha, I guess it didn't really illustrate properly the risks of plummeting down 100+ft crevasses and having to tread carefully. We all had harnesses on and had to probe snowbridges/anchor off while testing the ground/landings.

Sorry, it just looked a little "staged" I guess you were making the best of the conditions. Like I said, sweet pics. Have you been getting tips from Mason?
I wish one of the crew I ski with could/would take pics sometimes. Maybe I am bitter that my SLR is toast!www.skevikskis.com Check em out!
