    Snow in South Lake Tahoe/Heavenly/Kirkwood

    Hi all,

Will be heading to SLT later in the week with the GF (Saturday night) and skiing the week, skiing Heavenly and Kirkwood.. Checking the weather report, and it doesn't look good- warm spell all week, mixed rain and snow starting Saturday night. It looks like it has been warm as well.

Anyone know what the conditions are like? I was going to bring two pairs of skis; some 90mm underfoot icelantic pilgrims in case the snow sucks and some Icelantic Shamans in case the snow is good.

    Thanks!

The models are shifting back and forth but there's a decent chance there will be a storm starting late Saturday or Sunday. Kirkwood is high elevation remember.

How about North Tahoe? Heading out there at the end of next week. Sounds pretty bleak at the moment. Someone give me some hope please!

    Last year.

On the bright side, it should be bluebird and in the 40s. So, bring some warm weather ski gear, coozies and tunes. Enjoy the Tahoe sunshine.
