Hopefully whoever you spoke with here at Rome didn't use those exact words to deal with your warranty claim. It sounds like your board could be a case of impact damage, but we're happy to take a look at the board to see if it would be covered under our warranty program. If you haven't already sent an email to ridercouncil at romesnowboards dot com, please do so and we'll get you helped out asap.

And I snapped a burton the first day years ago and it was my fault, just like hitting a rock is yours. So sorry you didn't see the rock but a warranty is against manufacturers defect, not mental defects. Blaming Rome for not giving you a free snowboard is stupid. Bet Lib won't either. Why don't you give it a try?

Man that sucks! It's like the time I fucked something up, and there was no one to blame but myself, but I was such a pussy that I expected someone to give me something for free. I can't believe I'm responsible for my own actions and stupidity. Needless to say, someone else should be responsible for that shit. Talk about an unfair life!
