It would be great if this was offered in the Los Angeles area too. I could definitely round up 4 to 5 people.

I am not a Ski Patroller, and I have no previous training.

Is this class not for me? Avy 0?

    Thanks

Not a problem. The class is designed for the entry level backcountry skier. The last portion of the field day on Sunday is designed for patrollers with an Organized Rescue. This section is still useful for the backcountry ski to practice their companion rescue skills.

The classroom sessions in March will be in Claremont and the field sessions will be at either Mtn High East side country (Government Canyon) or Mt Baldy.

Ok. Great. I was thrown off by the top of the form where it states you need a patroller number.

    Thanks.

Wanted to pass along some additional info regarding the class beginning tomorrow. For those who can not make the Feb 2-3 field sessions, I will have an additional field session on March 9-10 as an option.
