    quit making arbitrary resolutions

spend more time with people who understand smiling and happiness

and try to inspire those that don't...to.
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Exercise every day. Even if it's just one pushup. Even if I have a cold. Even if the kids had me up all night. Even if work has me swamped. Even if I finished the whole bottle of wine the night before.

I'll work on that after I quit the 4k a year drinking habit.

Fuck it. Just ran the the costs. Just under 10k a year between smoking (green and smokes) and drinking.

My resolution is to cut that in half, gotta be realistic.

    In no particular order:
    - continued career ascension
    - ski more, bike more, backpack more and suck less at flyfishing
    - chase a few storms down in Utah/Tetons or BC
    - Las Lenas
    - Fruita/Moab and some Canyonlands exploring
    - buy a motorcycle and ride the piss out of it

    1) Manage my money better. Get some $$ saved up by cutting down on wasted money.

    2) Get off the couch. I haven't tried running since my knee surgery, but I think I'll give it a shot.

    3) Finish setting up my man cave / reloading room / ski waxing room.

    4) Clear out the garage.

    1. Make a "plan" for the next 5 years of my life. Act on the plan, so that in 5 years I have accomplished the majority of my goals. I'm not getting any younger, and some days I feel like i am not getting anywhere with the choices I have made.
    2. Start Fresh. Last year was last year, shit is over and done with.
    3. Ski moar
    4. Get back to the gym and drop below 195
    5. Get back on the bike come spring

    3. Eat less
    4. Stretch

All easy and free, but still...

Kicked a 18 year Kodiak affair about 1.5 years ago. Feels so good not to be a slave to the nicotine. You can do it.
