Thank you random Bot for bumping this thread, the posts since, and the unveiling of the Rolex photo-trolling have been most excellent.

    Right? Too funny.

Nice on the engine turned bezel, the wide set bars or more akin to a muted fluted design? Either way, very cool; as you know, not done anymore. My guess is Air King or Datejust.

    Timely post, very tasteful.
If we can't appreciate the nice things in the middle of a global shitstorm when a trolling bot bumps them to the top only to unveil an epic flamboyant troll by the good people at Rolex, then when can we? Coco Chanel still got dressed up the day she died (probably).

Besides, take a stroll back through this thread and see how loaded it is with gems like this:

    Wanted something more casual.

And love those Planet Ocean. Can beat on them too.

If you guys like watches, check out the producer michael utube channel.

Insane what people are spending on Stuff.

This is my next, and last. I like rubber, or leather straps. Won’t pay retail though.

What are you guys looking for? Does it need to be in the box?

Yes, I have bought at least a dozen watches from them and never had an issue. Just don't wait for back ordered watches, they my never come, just order something else. Nothing comes with a factory warranty since they are not an authorized dealer, but they do their own warranty work. Never needed it.

I've never owned a Rolex, too expensive and just paying for the name. Currently I have two Omegas, sea master and Constellation, post fire. My only watch that survived the fire was my custom engarved TAG Links. Lost a few nice watches in the fire.

...and yes, real men still wear watches.

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

My only nice watch at the moment, and you can see from the date it doesn't get much wear. Usually just wearing my garmin or a gshock.

I'm not a huge fan of Exlax watches but some models are the shit. Too many people I know have them and I wonder how many are Russian made (Imma-Knockoff)

I have few fancy-schmancy ones but I mostly wear a cheap invictus watch because I abuse them. Not verbally just physically.

Just can't justify the price of wearing something on my wrist that is worth the price of a car. I'd rather get the car but everyone has their type of toy or pleasure position so if it makes you happy do it.
    Ok that's all I got.

Wifey has a Times Square Cartier Tank that's still running and keeping great time and it's over 30 years old. She has hinted for years about me buying her the real thing, and my reply is why when the counterfeit is working so well.

Wait till the hints become a demand and see if you can get away with that. Good luck.

I'm not rooting around too long while the alarms are going off, so if they don't have that, how about a moon watch?

I own 4 watches (three nice waterproof, one iWatch). Other than when hiking, fishing, working out or riding my bike, I never put one on. However, I can't get myself to sell them. One day, that will be my son's problem.

My chronographs are wound down (not working) all the time. Overtime, I wind it and put it on, which can be one week a year, it works fine. I bought a submariner in the '80s, and it is still good to go.

If you are thinking of Rolex, be aware that every year or two, it will cost you ~$600 to service (tune). The Seamaster is a bit cheaper to service, but requires maintenance

Hey DJ you might like the Tag Aquaracer. Looks good and is a great travel watch. If scoping out pre owned then look for the engraved divers helmet. The newer ones don't have it mind you those Carrera are sweet.
