I like watches. I'd love to have a Rolex simply because other people think they're cool. Geffin goods, some I dig, some I just don't get. Here's my favorite watch, one I wear most often.. Swiss Army Lancer. Got it with a bazillian Marlboro miles early 1990s.

    It's like this one..

It pretty much was. "This way, Sir.", with a little flourish.

Marlboro miles. Damn. That brings back memories.

I never liked Marlboro. But I collected a lot of empty packs.

My brother still has all kinds of random Marlboro gear from that. No watch, though.

    I forgot the #sarc.

I just had a memory lane of Marlboro miles. And friends that smoked so much.

Hope your bro is doing well.

But fuck. Today they are worried about joe camel. And flavor vapes.
But in the nineties. You smoked more packs to get more prizes.
I totally forgot about that shitshow

And yes. I did have that watch.

I never shoved it up my ass.

Get a Rolex because they’re timeless, fantastically built and your kids can fight over them when you move on.

Any watch enthusiast owes it to themselves to own at least one, once.

And holy shit, Marlboro Miles, there’s a blast from 1998.

I had one Roomate in college that would scout the house, or any house really, after a party ripping miles off all the dead packs.

Between that and all the swag the smokes reps gave him at his bar, he was like a walking billboard for big tobacco.

    Wonder how he’s doing.

My everyday watch. Picked it up 20 years ago. Still holds up.

Been eying a Breitling Navitimer B01 Chronograph 46. Black leather strap. My wrist is too small for a 46 mm. Pisses me off. There is a similar 41 mm but it’s not quite the color I like.

Similar to what others have uttered, I just like a nice watch.

I think he’s saying the face looks dumb on his spindler, not that the band won’t fit.

I picked up a couple Breitlings over the years. 44mm Chronomat GMT Swiss Airforce 50th anniversary, then a year ago I picked up the 44mm Superocean Chronometer. They’ve been good watches so far. I need to get a watch winder.

Next is a Rolex Batman, but they’re unobtamium right now. A few years ago I had the chance to pick one up at a nice discount and I passed. I regret that.
