Congrats Mikaela
enjoyed watching your SL tonight. you will go far. Nice recovery. not to often you hear I was going to fast into that flush and had to recover. IE I was killing it so fast and the course switched to a flush where you gain speed and I kept it together to win GOLD.

Shiffrin in women's slalom and Ted in GS were the two most impressive alpine performances in Sochi IMO... but I missed the men's super-G (about to watch now).
