Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.

That is now 3 first places on the year! Tied for most WC wins by a pre-18 year old.

Great NYT article
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Great that the young lady has hit her stride.

Read about her MTT. She is very grounded, even starstruck at her competitors whom she is now beating.

I read it. You think the press is going to treat her differently?
That awe shucks thing will not last long. From what I read she sounds like a very impressive young woman. And it appears a pretty solid familly?
Or have they built (Universal Skier)
I just don’t like that the media looks to be ramping up to throw the Celebrity laser on her. Let see how that all goesOwn your fail. ~Jer~

So proud of Mikaela! She was a great student in my class back in the day at Vail. Just a great all around kid who deserves all of this. Hope I get the chance to congratulate her in person some time.
FYI: Ross teaches upper school. Mikalea moved just after finishing second grade at VMS.Skiing Sucks! What a stupid sport!
