Tina Maze's 2012-2013 season where she scored a record 2414 overall points was probably the earliest the title had been clinched. Second place was Maria Hoefl-Reisch with 1101 points.
However, determining the exact date of "wrapping up the title" is difficult. Somewhere, someone has probably figured it out.

I looked for but couldn't find a still shot of the view along the finish line.
Sorry for the crappy quality. I didn't want to film it but my daughter made me do it.

If you watch the replay, Vlhova tucked and dove for the finish line after the 2nd to last gate. Shiffrin made an extra mini turn to get one last impulse. Click image for larger version.

I think one of the keys to winning those parallel slaloms is the drops. MS in balance when she lands and gets on edge quickly for next gate. All the others seem to land on tails and are off balance --> late on next gate and then in trouble for the one after that.

Most people are clueless about how to accelerate out of a turn. So fun watching the time made up by using the energy from a bent ski.

Let's see a floppy clown shoe skier do that!

Reverse camber ski skier, no directional nor speed control, packed snow, back past their heels, tips and tails flapping as they terrorize everyone else.

he's talking about me. and he's right. shiffrin bends a ski better than me, regardless of whether i'm wearing my clown shoes, or a ski he approves of.

One of Mikaela's most underrated(?) traits is her balance on her skis. The only other skier I can think of offhand who has a similar innate sense of balance is Hirscher. Vonn doesn't have it, Bode didn't have it, Ted doesn't have it, Kristofferson doesn't have it (all the time at least), etc.

Seeing Mikaela get back for more than 2 gates is something I can't even remember seeing. She has a turn here or there but she's almost immediately back on her skis after it. It's just simply incredible to watch.

I can't remember what Janica Kostelic skied like but she may be the only other female in recent memory who could be comparable to Shiffrin when it comes to this.

that's the thing about balance. you don't really notice it until it's gone. you never really notice it at all with her.

Well clearly they both suck compared to our internet champ here so I’m not sure it matters.

Bode had it... most of his career. He just pushed beyond it, so you noticed it more.

Wall ride and the one ski finish .

^I think that's why Bode was so fun too watch. Raw athleticism / balance and just did not give a fuck.

MS is also rad to watch, but she's missing the out of control element that made bode so fun. But her consistency is definitely impressive and she is just so solid and graceful.
