2. $40 Phil Wood, square taper, steel spindle BB WITH cups. 108 mm spindle (perfect for 2x9)
3. $25 SRAM X7 9 speed rear derailleur, long cage
4. $35 Race Face rings, 22/32/44 (58/94 BCD), good shape
5. $20 Selle Italia Flite saddle, black, torn, but glued well. Rails straight.

FYI, this crankset/BB combo is about 4-6 ounces less at 660 grams than most outboard bearing/crankset combos at 825+ grams.
