Does anyone carry Tyrconnell near you? Very good stuff, and good value. Another is Redbreast.

As a tribute to all that is good and holy, the Irish have lefty that stanky bog weed taste out of their clean brown liquor forever, but now they appear to have stumbled badly.

The smell of peat burning in a cottage fireplace, misting across the bogs on a cool morning: transcendant. The taste of that smoke in your whiskey, not so much. But hey that's me.
