Right on Mike. We like to hit the meadow now and again. Good clean fun. Good luck on your new gig!

Ya I get it. Bigger mountain, more exposed terrain. And you know I've suffered from DR's half assedness. Went into that colvert hole at the bottom of 8 one time.

We have been blessed with great snow days early in Dec for 2 years straight! Sunday was blissful skiing. I wore myself all the way out though, gonna need a few more reps before I can go bell to bell. Big thanks to patrol at BV for getting everything set up, and it looked like they were even trying to spin up Pooh Bear chair in the afternoon.

BV backcountry has been fabulous this week. Lots of cold powder on anything the least bit north facing. Underwood was amazing today, deep and fast. Snowing and blowing on the way out, looks like it's getting warmer and turning to rain soon.

Dodge was good yesterday. Shin deep. Best on backside. Hit some of those stashes you showed me Mikey. Good first day out.

Must be scary climbing that metal ladder in plastic boots!
For a newer lift, it sure seems like polar breaks down a lot.

Lol. It broke down on its first day. I was stuck on it for over an hour. Got a free lift ticket out of it, but pissing off the chair was a challenge.

it’s not scary at all in my AT boots - I use AT or tele gear always because I want a Vibram sole for grip and tourability for going dumb places finding lost people
