    Sucks that this happened in practice. The number of guys going down hard at rampage shows how insane it is, not that you need any additional evidence after watching it.

    That and Todd Ligare's crash on poppa jordan are the two gnarliest crashes without a major injury this year

    You should have seen it the first two years. It was like a bike length. Retarded.

    He actually would have hit the landing if he didn't have to ditch his bike. You get a little forward push when you ditch your bike like that. Something was wrong with the lip on that thing. Every time anyone hit it, they either got bucked (like zink on this one, and CMac when he guinea pigged it) or had to bar hump the shit out of it (like CMac in his contest runs). Either the radius was too tight for the speed or they couldn't get a smooth run in to the ramp. But there's a reason only two people even bothered with it.

    Came across this last night and hadn't seen it posted in Sprockets yet. This is a great little recap of the event. Shows some great slow mo of the crashes, building and a solid little section with Zinc and McCaul working out the canyon gap. finishes with highlights of the winning runs. The slow mo crash at the very start is brutal. Looks like his head is going break off!
