right from 1st run in the sun, it was like a dream. good deep corn has that all day staying power, especially the manmade variety. never sticky, always consistent, all day.

37.0` and raining b-o-b though not as heavily as it was at 5am. 29` at the summit, ssooooo maybe?

Temp hit 65.8` here yesterday with big winds. I did enjoy the warm summerish temps [lemons] as it made it pleasant to clear out the job I am finishing. The other job I am doing [2 bath/kitchen] is only 30 seconds down the road and will allow more time to pedal and hike around the hills. With 5 days of sunny weather I am looking to stretch my legs. No full moon so I guess I'll have to give star trails a shot this week.
I did take Sunday off and spent a pleasurable 2 hours spinning around Dennyland. Trails were leafy and dry and I was able to grunt out a few tricky climbs that can be elusive.
No hunters insight though I remember a ride 13 or so years ago where I heard a gunshot and rolled up on a dead doe 2 minutes later. A hunter walked up and said "What is it?" I said "dead Doe" his reply "I heard the shot and came to look " whos to argue with a gun toting poacher.

Working on the camera skills and thinking I need a monopole as the images I captured with the MPC in mind were not that sharp as I was stopped way down trying to get a multitude of elements involved.
    [/endblog]

1 pic of the "jug" , nice climb up from here.

You buddy and his crew sure do a fine job there.
Just need to get management to crack down on those walkers messing up the corduroy:

BTW, Jiminy was pretty nice yesterday afternoon, although the full 1150' vertical will probably be broken up toward the bottom, but something like 800' will still be solid, and with two different routes to choose from also.

And nice ESAW write-up here (by EMS avy instructor Dave Lottmann):

Yes. Big fatass flakes. The little lady just told me it's snowing there- and she's really close to Bellayre for a reference point.

Like the Farmhouse Ale. The owner is good guy too as he hooks my brother-in-law up with brewing supplies, who hooks me up with some samplings.
As far as Milk Stouts go this one has become my favorite.

We'll be up at Stowe Saturday by mid morning. Send me a PM if you're skiing at Stowe or want to grab a beer afterwards.

There was something frozen falling from the sky in Saratoga around 7:15 this am. I wouldn't exactly call it snow.
