Hey Happy Tbird day to all. All this old school ski talk is getting me worked up. I'm going to have to dig something fun out of the gear cave and see how they feel. Katana's are the biggest thing I ever ski and my daily driver is a kilowatt so, other than my ass, I dont ride with real fatty's by todays standards anyway.

Happy turkey to all. Such a nice day to have off. Buttah has the right idea for dinner. I'm just saving room for pumpkin and apple pie! The copious safety meetings will help too.... Enjoy all

Excited to hit the WROD tomorrow on some new skis. Can't wait to see how this design works, 4 dimension ski like the Armada TST. rocker-reverse up front and traditional sidecut and camber the rest of the way with a mini-rocker tail.

I love my fat skis and how fast they let me go. But I love how my gear from years past has brought me to where I am.

I hope everyone is full of turkey or tofurky Akok/Bucket and that no one here was out for Black Friday 4am waiting in line.
As did Butta I went for a morning ride through the forest then a T-day lunch

Late day ski with the Padawans. We ran into Eug w/ Alex and his younger bro and skied down. Conditions were "meh" but it was sliding on snow.

It was a nice run of sunny weather, some beautiful sunrises as seen here. I got up at 3:30 to take some star photos but it was too windy for long exposures and went back to bed. Winter weather is near.

The night riding was incredible this week, so dry, grippy and fast.

The moon added to the mystic.

I felt guilty enjoying the warmth and sun so much, but muddled through it.

Truthfully, I am still thinking about summer a lot. Today, we got confirmation of a $10,000 grant for Phase 2 of Blueberry Lake/GMNF trails. Many thanks to the community for its support in the process, especially the MRVCC. Come ride your national forest next summer. You can ski there this winter too.

The summits are just on the changeover line. Winter's here?

Pish. It's all flat. Don't bother, go up to the notch - that's where the real skiers are at

    Thanks.

Always focussed on the subject, The best thing about late fall riding is how far you can see through the corners.
Got caught out by the rain last night, It was 56`at 4:20 so how could one not go for a ride.

    Skyelark? ^^^

Looks nice down south, the chicken scratch is paper thin at teh bush, I can't figure out how they find enough to groom unless they are sweeping the crumbs out of the woods all night.

Mini coming up, looks like a good amount of interest, I'll start polling for ideas on what we should do for accomodations for this event this week. Might we get some snow by then?

31.7` bob, from my aerie it looks like no snow fell after the rain last night. TC cloud 4-6"? maybe?
