3. You must not stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible from above.

I'd call that 2-1 in favor of the guy who got knocked over, and considering him an obstruction is dubious on that wide of a trail.

I have a question about the second vid.... The bigger dude was the aggressor, the smaller dude was saying "enough" and looked like he was just trying to be out of there.
