Such fucked up times. Then I remembered...

"The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea."
    - Isak Dinesen

I was healed for the moment. Stoke!

Fuck yeah! That's why I want to get into white water stuff but it's a bit intimidating, especially with a packraft

Abe, maybe we should team up. I want a pack raft and have a bit of whitewater experience.

Heh. I'm also in the same boat. Some whitewater experience and very interested in a pack raft. Too bad I live in Utah.

I ran the Rogue in my packraft a few years ago...it was super fun. Go for it.

I spent the first part of July teaching my teen to roll and working on some basic River skills. This past weekend we both took a swiftwater safety and rescue course. She felt good enough afterward to follow Dad down for her first Class 3 River run in her own boat. Stoked!

I got gifted a free squirt boat from an older paddler who hadn’t paddled it in years. He wanted it to get out on the water again. Stoked!

Another weekend on the river with my kid. So stoked that they’re really getting into it.

That's a pretty sweet score to add to your kayak quiver!! What model?

New Wave Forplay. 10’6” long and not a sinker/mystery move boat. More of a squashed half slice. Wicked fast surfer!

A ripper no doubt. That thing will kill it at blue hill...and the kennebec.

You'll have to take a picture of your kayak quiver some day. Seems that I have scene you in, lets see, an Amp, Hurricane, Animas?, Necky Ripper?

Yes, but I’ve been selling off some boats this Summer. Currently have

    Prijon Hurricane
    Necky Rip
    2 Dagger RPM’s
    Perception Madness(bigger Method Air)
    Perception Mr Clean
    Riot Grind
    New Wave Foreplay

…and a Dagger Mamba as a no excuses “modern” boat.
