    Fore! Who's playing golf, yo-

36F, 12mph wind and partially cloudy.
Cold didn’t bother me but hockey puck like golf ball did.
Maybe there’s only couple more weeks then time trade in with snowboard.

    Guess it was cold out.
I was comfortable with double layer and vest though.

My drive didn’t stick to the hill and rolled all the way down to the bottom.
It was one of those WTF moment.

drizzling this morning but i was hoping for an afternoon break. decided at the last minute to go for it. 2:15 for 18 at redtail. totally alone. 46-45: 91 for my best by 4 strokes at redtail and ties my best anywhere. i played some decent golf for me. only made a couple awful swings and hit some great shots and putted well. if not for borderline yips chipping it could have been better. 4 pars and 2 triples on the front, 7 bogeys a double and a clutch par on 18 to tie my best.

hard to turn down free golf. it was a steady drizzle that turned into the heaviest rain i have played through. shot 45 on the front and then jacked my shoulder hitting my 3wood about 4 inches behind the ball on the 11th tee and took a good 3" of turf off the top. i was pretending to hope it would get better but i could tell it would be a problem. 53 on the back. i'm super happy with the 45 in those conditions. irons and putting were solid. 2:40 cuz i played a few holes out of order to avoid 2 foursomes playing in the rain.

Hey Ski!! Yeah, nice shot. Nice greens too!

Sad day, last day for the Tin Cup GC & Country Store before it closes. Sure will miss seeing Lisa, Karen, Dean, Dianne, Tom, Jenny, Sarah, Jessee, and "Scotty" the greenskeeper who lives in a double wide next to the third tee. I played 27 holes for free with some fine folks and had the best ball striking round of the year. No one was keeping a score. Without any care lately, the greens putted like it was 1930.

A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

Ahhh.... that's a sad good day, Wooley.
Sucks seeing old gems disappear one by one.
I wish well for Lisa, Karen, Dean, Dianne, Tom, Jenny, Sarah, Jessee, and "Scotty".

Wait isn’t this where some goofy local kids devise a plan to save the local course by having some impromptu golf tournament fundraiser thing that some big time golfers hear about and show up to and save the day? Or have I seen too many 80s b movies?

The Mrs improved her game when she remembered a swing thought that a lady in one of her her leagues once suggested. "Punch yer pussy". It was a fun league.

    Fore! Who's playing golf, yo-

Finally gave in and got myself a push cart.
29F, no wind, it was nice out.
Hardest part was pushing down the tee into the frozen turf.

i hit a 3 wood super fat and the club basically stopped dead. i had been playing well but got in a hurry trying to get some space between myself and anybody making the turn. it's been a while hasn't been getting better so i went in and they xrayed it.
