Way to get some. More than some.

My goal of shooting my age is still my goal. Even though my HC went from 13.6 to a 15.6. Major swing change takes time and you have to break a few eggs to make a souffle.

I always thought winning the Mid-Amateur has to be one of the coolest things in golf. Best of the rest. Supposedly the top tier amateur circuit is loads of fun, member guest at Pine Valley one week, Seminole the next.

And 5 more rounds of match play for the top 64 to get to the 1 with the Crown. Gotta be harder to win than the Masters.

4:20 tee time today for a quick 9 after a 3year hiatus. Fitting.

Nice! I played 9 at Mountain Dell the other day; otherwise, I have started going to the range 1-2x/wk. This is 40 years after not playing at all. At least I can still launch them off the ground and fairly strait. I hit my driver only about 180 though.
Just bought a set of used Big Bertha's (14 clubs, an umbrella and cart bag for three hundo. I would guess that they have less than 20 rounds on them. We should play sometime (even if we don't keep score).

    Let’s do it C!
I’m just a guy that enjoys getting out and trying to play decent. By decent I mean 2-3 over par per hole, drink a few beers and smile a lot on a nice sunny day

    Nice round!

I like your push cart setup. I always rocked something pretty similar. I was one of the first around town to get that reflective umbrella and guys were so intrigued.

    Buzzworthy,

my boyfriend is also a proud mountaineer.
He purchased game worn jerseys and sent to Dormie Network for custom headcovers.

    Thought you'd appreciate these.

Oh very cool! I’m rocking a yellow WV golf towel on my bag but wow those covers are sweet.

Played double bogey golf till the 8th where we had a 35 minute bottleneck to tee off and my back completely tightened up waiting. Teed off decent, couldn’t hit my 5 iron to save my life and my putting game is garbage.

But I had a great time.

Replaced 2 hybrids, a 19 and 22 degree w a 5 and 7 wood. It's provided a new lease on life as my swing speed declines.

I ditched my 6 iron for 27 degree hybrid. 7-p now. Playing the best golf of my life and getting lots of birdies.

Too bad I just got tennis elbow. Could be done for a while.

Things were going well for a while.
Then I started playing like I don’t know how to swing a club anymore.

    Oh, well.
    I guess that’s golf.

Just going to keep my head down and keep swinging.
