Gotta root for my favorite player with acurrent hot hand, Spieth. He'll be a lock if he handles the bad breaks better. If I could tell him anything I'd say "Jordon, if you aren't in the lead, you're not good enough to get mad."

We had tickets to Women’s Amateur last year which got canceled and pushed to this year.
Then we didn’t make 20% but were able to shop online store.
Mostly gifts for others and few goodies for us.
    No green thong included.

I’m rooting for Spieth or McIlroy.

Two more to become a bogey player!
Gotta get rid of occasional 3 digits and break 90!!

I could kick it around in 106. What happened?

Speaking of kicking, I just kicked off the season with a 90. Best hole was a bogie 6 after hitting into the hazard. Twice.

I still get that occasional blowout.
Also trying to change the grip from strong to neutral.

I played Sunday at a local executive course. It's a good place to practice your short game, On the last hole i hit a drive with my driver, then borrowed the driver of the random guy i was playing with. Titleist Ts???? It had a lot of weight in the club head and felt sweet. After an obligatory duff, i crushed the next drive with no effort in the swing. 35 yards further than mine right down Broadway. I can kick myself for not getting the exact model as I see there are several newer Titleist Ts something or others.

Borrowed, free, found, rent, test or brand new clubs always hit better.

    Only have putted downstairs.

Nice on the masters goodies, nmc.

I went and tried out about 5/6 drivers at a PGA Superstore.

After a series of mishits, bombs, topping the ball I determined that I should stick with what I have until I can make a consistent swing with a driver.

    Fuck this game.

Buy the red one. And don’t forget to wear your avy beacon inbounds.

Man, I'll bet I've heard "My longest drive" and "Effortless swing" in the same sentence a dozen times in my life. OTOH, I hit what was my all time longest when I was really pissed at a 6some that wouldn't let me play through. With an antique club, 320 yds according to gmap.

Season kicks off this week with Wed money and Fri old fart leagues.

Sometimes you need to send a warning salvo over the bough of slowpokes, providing they refuse to let you play through and are jamming up the course.

    The new line is TSi
TSI1 is for low swing speed
TSi2 is most forgiving version...standard basically
TSi3 is a little less forgiving and easier to work the ball
    TSi4 is low spin version

Very popular especially the 2 and 3. The shaft is WAY more critical than the head
If it's green, smoke it...if it's pink, poke it

Watching 6 golfer bros from an elevated tee box play 15+ shots the be out of range raised my temperature for sure. I was a single and went off the back for an evening quick 9. Not interested in a 6 on 1 confrontation and it does add some color to my own "longest drive I ever hit" story. Like my only hole in one that didn't count because it on an extra few holes after playing 9 in a league. Not a legit ace back in the day.

    Good luck holding those greens!

If you are looking for a round away from the resort I can't recommend Tobacco Road enough and Dormie Club (technically private) is an incredible Coore/Crenshaw that will let you on with a phone call.

Started my season out with a bang, finally broke 80, finally beat my dad and made my first ever eagle. Stoked on the start of this season 🤘
