Beers with a views from the lookeroom.
27 holes on 750 acres of golf bliss.
Played putt putt with a lady friend the next day. Carnal knowledge in the castle over looking coastal hwy, may have been better than golf with my buddies, at a world class club. Hell of a weekend.

Have a tee time at Sand Valley in a couple of weeks, looks like a beautiful course. Fancy.
(note: buy more golf balls beforehand)

Fore! Who's playing golf, yo-
I had a baby breakthrough during the lesson today.
I do 99 things wrong, but when I do 1 thing right (or as good as it gets for me) it feels amazing.
I LOVE golf.
Currently working on keep the hinge and upper body rotation!
Beautiful sunset was a plus.

And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Good. From my eye it looks like you are not getting a weight shift. Whereas when you start the swing your weight should shift from neutral to the right side and then shift the weight hard to the right side as if there is a wall in front of you and you can step through your shot. Also, your eyes need to "get behind the ball" and it appears s if your eyes are ahead of the ball:

I'm sorry I don't participate much other than taking useful advices from you guys.
It might be another while for me to show anything worth while.
It's been 4 months since I picked up the 8 iron.
Long way to catch up.
For now you guys are lightening years ahead of me.

Keep showing pictures/vids. We enjoy watching the progress.
I've been playing a lot of scoring rounds and my game is a mess. I'm so tense. I need range time to get the tension out of my swing.

Took my 11 HC and shot a 36-40 for a 76 at Tin Cup GC. I'd rather be lucky than good.

A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

There is a cat on my course that sits on a fence waiting for golf balls to steal. Runs out grabs it in his mouth and takes it inside. Darnedest thing. I have cats and never seen them even attempt golf ball in mouth.

Oh, my god. That is so adorable!!!
You have to take a picture of this cat next time!!
(owner must trained the cat to collect free balls!!!)
I have a 16 year old black cat.
She was a stray from Houston.
We've been together since 2000.
Houston to Minneapolis, Minneapolis to New York.
I love her so, so much and want her to live forever!

Playing the 16th at Coyote Moon--162 for me, 112 for my wife, over a pond that ends in a rock wall about 5 yards in front of the green. Teeing off into the late afternoon sun we both heard our balls hit the rocks, we thought. I hit a second; my wife said to hell with it. Up on the green we found a flag stick with two dings, my wife's ball in the hole, mine on the front fringe. We're both still hacks though.

Finally broke 90 at Quail Valley, I'm about a 17 HC. Didn't drink, well just a couple of sips of Fireball on the back 9. Went 42-43, my best round ever there.

Had my 1st eagle in a long time today. Short par 5. Two club head wind. OB right and tree branches intruding left leaving a 40 yd window to draw around. Perfect draw drive with the System 3000 driver that I found on a golf course 10 years ago. Hit my 200 yd Hippo 7 wood that some guy gave me pure. Landed 190, on the green side down slope of the berm guarding the shallow green. Just as I had envisioned/planned/hoped. Rolled up to within 6' of the back pin. Straight uphill putt.
I love this game.A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

Golf has a serious problem with future profitability. The younger generation just isn't picking it up like when Tiger came in.
"One season per year, the gods open the skies, and releases a white, fluffy, pillow on top of the most forbidding mountain landscapes, allowing people to travel over them with ease and relative abandonment of concern for safety. It's incredible."

Not just golf.
Anything too expensive or too difficult, doesn't look like appeal Millennials.
