Left home 3pm on Friday and arrived 1pm on Saturday.
    (JFK-Amsterdam-Edinburgh-St. Andrews)
Barely slept over red eye and a nap/time difference totally messed us up.
Now 2:21 am, we are wide awake and trying to find a channel to watch US Open tennis live.
Wonder what time breakfast will open.

Still can’t make it 18 without a double, but made enough birdies to make up for it.
Good enough to get into the state golf association mid-am.

Its that time of the season when the members and tourists have gone away and I can manage to slime my way in to some of the high end Tracks in these parts. Tomorrow is the Reserve at MLB (Nicklaus) and next Friday is supposed to the The course at Spanish Peaks (Weiskopf).

    Fore!!!!! Dammint!

Courses here just keep getting even more busy. I don’t get it. The heat in Denver driving them up the hill maybe?

Played a wonderful nine hole course in Madonna di Campiglio over the weekend. Great layout through meadows and forest with a absolutely jaw dropping back drop. I forgot how far the ball flies at 1650 meters. Built in 1923 it’s the fourth oldest course in Italy, almost a high mountain links layout. I’m usually underimpressed with golf over here but this one was a real gem!

Played Monroe GC yesterday and absolutely shredded the place. Probably my best ball striking round of the year, and on the best track I've played in a while.

    What a day

Northland Country Club in Duluth, MN, a 1920 Donald Ross course, is one of the coolest courses I've ever played. SAVAGE greens, incredible elevation changes, and non-stop views of Lake Superior.

We finished right at dark. Little rain near the end and amazing sunset.

Jonas and Fish had to get more beer at the turn. They grabbed an 18 pack of Modelo. Only 90 bucks.
