    HEY FRONT RANGERS!!!

anyone want to play golf friday? I am trying my hardest to be lazy and non productive but looks like I have surrounded myself with responsible friends. I use to hang out with slackers but they turned on me, got focused and shit.

Subbed in a league I've never played in last night and played 2 older women. Possibly the most painful round of my life.

Felt great but couldn't find my groove to score waiting 20 min to hit my second shot all night. The one kook wouldn't shut up, tinkered with her ball in my line of sight while I was putting, etc

2:45 for 9 holes. Was strongly considering making a noose out of my laces.
If it's green, smoke it...if it's pink, poke it

When I played in a mixed league at Webster West, two of the gals made a tradition of going off last at the season ender and flashing the league from the fairway as we stood around the the final green. I don't recall any discussions of slow play.

Ouch. I play like shit if it’s slow. If it’s playing that slow I usually start drinking or baking more. Good job not murdering them.

Old Farts Golf & Dinner League. 9 holes. 10 puts. 42. More good luck than bad making mediocre golf look easy.

Lake of Isles North Course (Public).

    Beautiful course.
    Lots of intimidating tee boxes.

Played Silverado North (Safeway Open course) on Friday and went 40-49 for an 89. Greens were fast and smooth early in day.

That’s a great course. I kick myself for not coughing up the coin to play there when I lived in the area. Wish I’d played Pasatiempo, too.

Old Course at HMB is nicer of the two. That hole is 18 on the old course. It is one of the great holes along the Pacific.

I haven't played more than a dozen rounds since college (30yrs ago), but I'll be getting back into the game late this summer and next year. Can't wait to try the new equipment and see if it + lessons can straighten out my slice.

Humble brag of the view from our kitchen on the 16th of The Ranch Club in Missoula. Won't be finished until Christmas.

Equipment changes that made illegal clubs legal have enabled even mediocre golfers to look respectable in short time. Taking lessons seems to delay the process.
