Managed a 1 over 71 to lead the qualifying for the state golf association senior am.
Felt good making birdie on 18, knowing it was to be low qualifier.

    Sick skiballs!!

Got absolutely no touch with the putter right now and it is concerning. Last round out had way too many 3 putts and a 4 putt.

I think I see your problem. You are playing courses that are way too hard!

    Fore! Who's playing golf, yo-

    Shot 79 yesterday.
It’s probably been a couple of years since I broke 80 - was never routine but was somewhat frequent back when I was playing more. Haven’t been playing enough to keep it together for a full 18 until yesterday.
I’m pretty stoked but in typical fashion I’m not satisfied because I left so many shots out there including a few really bad 3-putts (dead pulls from a couple of feet to miss the pars). But hit the ball decently well, avoided the blow up holes, made one or two good chips to save par/bogey and rolled in a couple of 10’ for birdie. Topped my tee ball off the first which only went about 70 yards too.

    Yesterday was fun.
Got to witness Rose Zhang’s debut as a pro and the first win.

That's cool as hell, and so is Rose. Shame about the 6 hour rounds out there.

Yeah, some groups were noticeably apart.
Pros pace of play is worse than afternoon muni golfers!

LPGA generally has decent pace because of their media constraint. The drivable par 4 and narrow par 3 on the back nine really slowed play. Great pictures. That’s what’s so fun about the ladies. You can really get close to play

I'd like to buy someone a pass to a nice golf outing for two people. $500 max total, in Park City, SLC, provo area. What's the best course around here that I can afford?

    Thanks!

Most of the real good courses up there are private if I remember correctly. Id be looking at canyons or park city golf club. I'm sure there are others with better info.
