What are you psyched for?
Personally, I am hoping I will get into the NYC marathon via the lottery next week. Actually think I have been rejected 3x in a row and wondering if they still have that rule where you automatically get in if that's the case.
Also psyched for this raging case of jock itch to go away.No Roger, No Rerun, No Rent

JazzFest in New Orleans next week.
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Home! Six months in South America and I fly back tomorrow! It´s been a great run, but thinking about getting a ski day in before tahoe shuts down is just too damn exciting!

1. Spring touring/drunken car camping trips up the Teanaway
2. Grunting out my 16th finish at McDonald Forest 50K, followed by the post race party with old ultra friends, then the friendly skins game at Trysting Tree. Fuck, that reminds me, I gotta get a few rounds in before that lest I'll be paying out
Good luck getting into NYC Marathon, OldLarry. Gotta do that one of these days.

Swimming at Canadian Masters Nationals in Kelowna about a month from now. Usually I do US Nationals, but the US meet is on the other side of the country (Greensboro, NC) and I can drive to Kelowna in a few hours. Last weekend I rested for a meet and swam well, but I'm hoping to swim even better next month. Show those Canadians how it's done!

A ten day west coast swing; hitting Seattle, Portland and the San Francisco. Seeing family and friends along the way and most of it paid by the company dime. I'm going to eat and drink my way down the coast. Might even toss in the SF Beer Fest. Stoked.

To hold my friend's hand again before cancer takes her. To have been lucky enough to have known her at all.
