    Anyone been through know about the small estate probate process in CA?

    Probate Referees? Inventory? WTFF

    Bump. My dad passed away. Any California probate lawyers here? Please send me a PM.

    The only probate law I know is what I studied for the CA + NV bar exams, and then promptly forgot. So I'm reading up online now and see that CA has a "simplified probate" process that sounds like it fits my situation, but I'd like to ask some basic Q's.

    Thanks Mazderati.

    Anyone here have CA simple probate experience? I bought that Nolo book linked above and read the pertinent chapters quickly, and still have a few questions.
