Sucks that so much of Instagram now are people doing their own ads all for other companies so they get free shit or money.

Insta is a love hate... I don't like it's not insta anymore, and I have to game the system to get my likes to keep me on my affiliates' radars
That all said, I like it more than the endless facebook scroll.www.dpsskis.com

formerly an ambassador for a few others, but the ski industry is... interesting.
Fukt: a very small amount of snow.

I think that instagram is great. All stoke (and some BS ads) all the time. I like that there is no controversy, just cool pics. I'm not a fan of the video feed at the top of the page

^^^ I don't mind the "story" section for semi offensive stuff or things I don't want our parents to see. It's only there for 24 hrs I think.

I've starting adding porn actors and strippers to my usual feed of skate and snow stoke. Feed is pretty interesting these days.

Who's on Instagram?
I do love the stoke portion (IE following Cody’s Fifty) but the way many, many people are just posting a cool pic with product placement is annoying as hell. Or telling a long story only to tie it into some crap product. Or how A-Basin is suddenly hash-tagging each post #LetsLegend. Yuuuuck.
Hate the video “story” trend too. People really think an endless feed of their boring lives is interesting?
Yes, get off my lawn.

Saw a news article somewhere about the “likes” fiction getting completely eliminated. Slow roll out in parts of world currently.
Edit: “fiction” was autocorrect for function but it fits somim leaving t.

For those not entirely in tune, the whole story deal on instagram came about solely to compete and steal users from snapchat. Has no place on the gram IMO

I like the stories. I watch them and post a lot of my own, because I'm constantly amazed at how many people want to see what I'm grilling on a Tuesday night.
But I'm a whore. I have 2 IG accounts, and a YouTube channel, and a couple facepages.
This is who I am now.

^ Meh, it's different if you have an active following. Which is I think what you're going for?
I don't mind watching stories from people I follow, not in a literal sense of the app, but more along the lines of say, an accomplished youtube vlogger. People who produce content, instead of posting every aspect of their boring lives (see: screenshots of music, videos of beer pong, and other stupid shit that does not need to be documented and shared 24/7).

I'm just on insert "social media" to stay in touch with people I never see.
Well, how about a road trip, a cell phone photo, and god forbid, a phone call?
I'm on TGR for the curated titties and LOL's. And to make sure that no friends of mine are dying because I'm not on "social media".
It sure aint shit for the weather, the snow conditions, and the gear swap.
