I still kind of like it. Did have to do a major flush and unfollow a bunch of friends since their posts were lacking anything of substance. There are still plenty of really good nature, adventure, and general photography pages on IG.

Isn’t it weird (and sad) that so many have to write a long winded cheesy Valentines post on Instagram to brag to everyone how great their relationships are? Why not just say it to each other and leave it at that.

I feel like there’s a lot of “get off my lawn” in this thread. If people want to highlight those they love on a holiday about love then have at it. Better than fighting on Twitter about some bullshit.
Lots of people don’t post, but some do. Some because they feel like they should, others because they want to. It’s just part of the IG platform. If you hate it, delete it, or just stay off it on V day.

I joined Instagram the other day to watch Kings and Queens...I feel a bit ripped off.
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.
I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

It wasn't working at the time and directed me to Instagram. You had to sign up to get access; once I did, the Instagram feed didn't work either (thus the "ripped off"). I eventually watched on Unofficial's FB feed...it was a long day at work! Originally Posted by nutmegchoi

The instapic platform really blows. It's funny how popular it is.
No horizontal viewing. Cannot zoom in and hold it there. Cannot rotate a full 180 degrees. The ads are over the top now. Fuck facebook.
Somebody has to come out with a better widget. Twitter is actually way better for pics, but its a political junkshow for the most part.
