How much room on the FT12 if going from 306 BSL -> 297?
Strong possibility in getting the TLT5. Current boot is 306mm BSL; the TLT5 is 297mm.
Bindings are FT12 Verticals. Will I be good?

Depends how you're heel is currently mounted.
There's plenty of range in the FT adjustment but if you're already at the front of the track you are SOL.
If you are somewhere near or around the middle then you're good to go.

Lou says 26mm of adjustability. Depending, of course, where you are within that range currently...[all the way forward, you're toast, somewhere in the middle, should be fine]
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown

Thanks. Should be currently set in the middle of the road, so this is good news.

i just went 296--->302 with zero issues.
sure, you're also moving your boot center forward a hair, but shouldn't be a big deal...Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown

if your bindings were mounted in the middle of the adjustment range for your boot, then you should have about a cm both directions. should be fine!
and yes, you DO want the tlt5's.Live To Ski!
