Fixed it for ya! Tho, with a rain line bouncing between 5-10k this week, I have no reason to be laughing right now. But disparaging dry powder, whereever it may fall, reminds me of the fable of the fox and the grapes. You just don't see resorts touting the cement and crud like they do "champagne" powder. Maybe it just needs a marketing campaign. Something like: "Sierra cement. It's better than nothing, dammit!" Or, perhaps: "Got treewells? Sierra cement!"
