He pretty much created, cringe humor. His David Brent character from The Office is one the best things ever on screen.
    Love him

Bam. Just push the whole nostril assembly an inch back. Watch him crumble, sniveling, as blood and snot and tears flow onto the stage. Then, calmly go back to the table, say, "See ya boys, headin' back to Jerrzee" and calmly walk out to his driver. Taking his swag, of course. I see Pacino with that wide eyed "whoa" look on his face, moving into a smile, Scorcese looking a little glum, because this may have messed up his Oscar chances, and he needs all the help he can get, and Deniro doing that smile and, pointing finger at Pesci, "You, You......".
Pesci is an actor. Do really think he's tough IRL?

Benny, Gervais said before we went on, who is my audience: the 200 fragile egos in front of me or the 200 million watching worldwide?

Also, I wonder how these poor souls would have handled a Don Rickles insulting them?

Maybe they're all Joe Pesci fans? You'd be surprised how many people hold him up as some kinda of Superman or Demigod.

    Apparently.

Anytime I see “apparently” or (probably), both of which are in heavy use round here this week, I read it in Clarkson’s mumbled voice, and its perfect.

You’re telling me Gallagher buys his own watermelons? I’m guessing it was his brother that was piggybacking off his schtick for awhile.

Maybe he gets them shipped in from South America or Asia?

Wonder what he looks for when he picks them?

Ha ha. I'm afraid he didn't have his striped shirt or his sledgehammer with him. Just him and an assistant, trying to act normal with their abnormal purchase and celebrity status.
