I Hereby Challenge Dudeski to a SKi Off

OK, so I can be a little flippant at times, and maybe short with e-crybabies as well, but a time comes when a SuperGaper must defend his e-honor.

In another thread, I told Dudeski to man up and talk to humans that may have mis-mounted his skis, rather than cry like a little bitch to e-strangers.

Well, after several posts, a great invite from Greg to join AlpineZone and being told that I would "find out the difference between the internet and real life, punk", I must stand in defense of my honor- my real honor, not my e-honor.

I hereby challenge Dudeski to a ski off from the top the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort areal tram. The course will consist of Rendezvous Bowl to Cheyenne Bowl to R-Trail to any lower face to the bottom. Winner crosses, as in the case of the Rental Derby, the skier bridge first.

As stakes, I offer the following-

Should Dudeski win, I will never post here on TGR again (not that I have ever really offered much to begin with).

Should I win, then Dudeski will acknowledge that I am his better, both in e-douchiness, skiing, wit, and looks. Dudeski will be allowed to continue to participate in the TGR forums, though in humbled manner.

    I await your reply (breathlessly)

The TGR equivalent of a 18th century pistol duel. I like it. If it could be Gopro'd for those of us on the Least Coast unable to make it to the 'Hole for the event it would be great.

For the oddsmakers and those taking sidebets...will Dudeski have to ski on the skis with the fucked up mounts, and are skinsuits allowed?

I might have a sidestep advantage in Granite, not that I know what that is, or even where it is.

Looking at setting up a bidding war between Unofficial Networks and EarlyUps, go pro will be in effect without a doubt. Though I will be punching everyone in site when I see a go pro.

I suppose when Dudeski chimes in, we can set the equipment parameters, though the thought of my grotesque belly in a speed suit sickens me.

i think the stakes should be the same either way, and the latter of the stakes, not the never posting again part...
Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

Good point, spose I was kinda pussin out.

In any case I am sure we can work out the details before the actual day of reckoning.

I demoed the TECH TALK JONG! pro model this spring and their performance was unparalleled which is good because I ski in a wedge most of the time - bendtheski, 2011

    How 'bout a neutral course?

I suggest the Lauberhorn or Meteorite.

    Check your spare.

Oh wait, you are a JHMR local.

Anyways. this place has been such a cesspool lately I think a ski-off might liven things up a bit. Let me know when so I can come spectate, work the start line or doping control, etc.

No shit, I am no great shakes at skiing, though I do it way too much. Let's have fun and have a real ski off, I don't really care if I win or lose, i will still ski every day and love it!

It is the internet bullshit that pisses me off, and the fact that people cry over the internet and never
air there grievances in real life.

Soooooooooooooooooooo on with the ski off!
