We need to step it up! Vick only has 59 yards, so D is doing well. McNabb and offense needs to come out strong and stomp em.
This is OUR house, lets keep it that way, dammit!!!"boobs just make the world better really" - Woodsy

We will see. I just want you all to notice the smug look on my face as I sit in the corner and remain silent while you all banter and spew about your Eagles, and remember it when the Steelers are hoisting that silver trophy in Jacksonville. You will all say, PaSucks knew it was going to happen! You will also all be pissed off because of my cocky smugness.

Pennsyltucky is quite beautiful, especially in the fall. Western PA was the childhood home of a man who was more of a patriot than any of those chumps from NE, Edward Abbey. The Poconos, in Eastern PA are pretty as well, and accessable by many hiking trails, most notably the AT. Yankees SUCK! Go Birds!

E-A-G-L-E-S... EAGLES!!!
Sorry acostiga but as it looks now there won't be a steagles reunion (hold everything, Pittsburgh within 2 TDs). By the way, I grew up in the Harrisburg area and used to race BMX at Woodward in the early eighties. I agree that the entire northern part of the state, including Woodward, is pretty rural but the south central part of the state has a million and a half people."Proud not to be a member of the CCCP: Christian Conservative Coalition Party." whats the spread at already? seven?
just want to know from you supah smaht penna doods, how will you beat the pats? you going to run better than the steelers? thats hard to do as they have the second best running attack in football. are you going to pass better than the colts? thats hard to do as they have the best passing game of all time. are you going to play better defense than the steelers? that is also kinda hard to do, as they are the number one defense. Is your secret special teams?
break it down and show me how you can feel any hope about your ability to take out the pats.

well we will know better than to try and run it inside almost everytime like Pitt tried to do. Fake inside to Levens and ohh look, Westbrook is open on the outside.
don't underestime Jimmy Johnson, Defensive coordinator. Man is a damn genius. People said we wouldnt be able to contain Vick and what happened? we held him net rushing yards of -6. Defensively it is going to be crazy. Eagles have a lot of speed, they know how to hold the lanes and contain, not to mention you are never sure where the blitz is going to come from. Since Brady is not a rushing QB, it will one less thing to worry about. Most likely it will force the Pats to do what they do best which is move the ball in quick slants and hooking patterns. We have one of the best defenses in the NFL, did you see how many Pro Bowlers we have?? Trotter, Lewis, Sheppard, Dawkins. That isn't even including the guys on the line like Kearse. So try to think a little more clearly about WHO exactly you are up against. They are the best team in the NFC and that is why they are going to the big dance against NE.
I am not saying the pats are a slouch team, it is going to be a WAR at the Super Bowl. Time to give the birds some respect.
Offensively you have T.O. coming back which is bound to draw a man or two in coverage. Pinkston, Mitchell have now proven themselves as good ball catchers as well. Double tight end threat with LJ Smith and Chad Lewis. Then McNabb will sit in the pocket figure out where the mismatch is and exploit it.
Sure I am biased cause i am a huge fan, but I think this was the best possible match up of the teams that were left. Basom right now you are blinded by your success from the past, welcome to the here and now.
BOOYAA!!

as i see it the pats are the champs untill someone takes it away. The pats are seen as a fairly heavy favorite by vegas. it seems to me the onus is on you crink to show me why your team will be the ones to take us out. and the pressure is on your team, not on the pats.

As far as "who" the pressure is on. Its on BOTH teams. EVERYONE wants to win a super bowl. Sure the Pats have been there before, which gives them an edge for sure.
As far as HOW they will beat them. I gave it a pretty good shot in my last post.More fucked up than a cricket in a hubcap

Pats 31, Eagles 2 (Pats take an intentional safety, just for the hell of it).
