Ortho recs in NYC
Mrs basom went down on Saturday, backwards twisting fall, heard a pop, lots of swelling, I'm fearing the worst. Anyone got some good suggestions for us?

Dr Steven Silver is one of, if the not the best ortho in NYC. He may be a shoulder guy though. Check him out and if you want a referral I know his sister. I'm in North NJ and out here Dr Robert Kayal is the best. He took care of my broken humerous this past summer (didn't require surgery) and I hear he's an excellent surgeon.
