So sorry for her family and friends. She was such and inspiration to skiers everywhere, especially young females, she was my daughters favorite pro skier.
    Nothing clever to say.

Just saw this pop up as a news alert on my phone - shook me to the core. I was really thinking she would pull through.

What a sad loss - thoughts to her friends and family.

This is so unbelievably sad. I feel so crushed for Rory and the rest of her family.

I have been looking for News about Sarah every day. And nothing since Monday. I was afraid that we had lost her, and now the worst news is confirmed.
I did not know Sarah (I think I rode a chair lift with her once)?
I loved what Sarah Burke represented in the Skiing world. I was proud to be a skier when I saw her on TV interviewing for ESPY’s and other events.
I feel a great loss at her passing.
To her Husband and Family I am so sorry, but look at what a beautiful life she has lived, she burned so bright for all of us.
    DAM IT!

    That just blows.

Death sucks, but I guess if you're going to go - doing what you love, at the top of your game - is probably one of the better ways to do it.

RIP Sarah. God bless you Rory, you had an awesome partner even for a moment. She was an inspiration to us all.

Never saw this coming. RIP. Always thought she'd recover for the Olympics.
