Very sad! RIP Sarah. I guess I'll be watching all the old Poor Boyz parkrat movies tonight and think back on the first time I saw a movie with Sarah and Kristi flying off huge jumps in the park

    This sucks. So sad.

The hospital also indicated that in accordance with Sarah's wishes, her organs and tissues were donated to save the lives of others.
^This is awesome. She will live on through the ones she saves.

This is just awful. Only the best die young, apparently. Deepest sympathy and condolences for everyone close to Sarah. All of my love and respect for dear Sarah as she departs for the endless powder journey in the sky with the other fallen great ones.

It's really hard to believe how many this sport has taken. It is the Formula One of our times. Unfortunately I don't see technology making skiing too much safer, as it has in Formula One. The fact that I can sit here and think of over 10 people that I personally knew who have died, and several more that I admired from afar, is tragic on an immense scale. And now beautiful Sarah has joined that list. I think of all of these vibrant people leaving behind so many friends, family and acquaintances. I would be lying if I said it hasn't tarnished my love for the sport in some measure. RIP Sarah, my heart goes out to all of your friends and family.

Well said, I have lost friends and even a loved one to this addiction, so horribly sad to see another amazing spirit taken away so early. My thoughts and prayers with her fmaily and friends.

What a terrible start to the year. Here's to hoping that this is the last one of the year, pro or amateur.

I wish the best to all who knew and loved her, truly heartbreaking...

Edit: Just saw the part about her being an organ donor. That is some strong stuff. I hope several lives are saved as a result.

    Terrible news.

    RIP.

My condolences to her family and friends.

I remember the first time I had seen her ski in a video.

Wow, that is just way too young.
