Which building? The big one on top? They run around $120,000-$200,000+ I went in on one a few years ago to flip. The views are insane along with the wind. Below there are some slope side condos.

I cannot believe that Sugar is open today. Gunther has no shame! I know we don't the the best skiing here in NC, but at times is can be good and it's better than nothing. But this is embarrassing.

    Could always be worse.

But I also remember being a kid and having snowfall before the now seemingly annual January snow-thaw-freeze-snow that's been the unofficial official start to EC ski season.

Awesome bump! Have wasted much time watching people in jeans face plant into mud puddles. It now appears to be raining in Biblical amounts. Epic conditions!

Snowguns blasting, liftys getting ready for a 9am opening. It's actually colder there than it is here in VT.

having just spent a snowless week in utah I can attest that Sugar indeed may have had more natural snowfall this month. I'm headed back out next Friday and the long-range doesnt look much better. Now if I could only change my flights to burlington instead of SLC
