My wife was skiing pow and listening to Greensky in Steamboat this weekend so it was a dad and daughter at the races weekend. She was fighting a bit of a fever and cough so her times were off her normal breakneck pace but it didn't matter and it made a bunch of other little kids proud when they bested her times. This was is her huge bump up trophy from U8 to U10 and she was a proud and happy little girl! The super sick race suit is on loan from a veteran team member until her mom and dad can get their shit together. So glad we did the race thing this year.

Thanks for the offer mikey! I might take it but I have to run it by the color police (wife and daughter) first. The suit pictured is actually a 10-12 Spyder which surprised me when I just went to check it because I thought it was an 8/10 - she is only 7.

His Mantra Jrs (138) will be available pretty soon if anyone needs. Been a fantastic ski for everything but low-angle get-backs.

    Cool, will connect via PM.

If anyone out there is looking to retire 153 confession jrs for free or cheap, I can pay it forward on the mantras (cheap either way, as I got a good deal on them).

Kids destroyed the pow at Snowbird today. Cashed in a gift card (thanks to Mtlion and skibee) and stayed at the Cliff. Phone died due to temps but got this shot of the 8 year old. Total country club day. No waiting, free refills.

Put my 7 yo in a lesson yesterday and skied with her today. She KILLED it! She was already a decent skier, easy blues, before, but today? She just had so much confidence, was skiing so fast, and was actually leading me around the mountain. It was the first time where she really seemed to know where she was going and what she was doing, and it didn't feel like a "kiddo ski day", it felt like a "groomer day". And she didn't want to stop.

So stoked. Kids, you read it here first, lessons are worth it.
