Pex is what we did too. Plus gold glitter and space galaxy duct tape.
Detrusor does pex.

Basically he skis and i hulz hoop behind him. Great physical therapy for too many nights in russian brothels.
Put kid inside hula hoop. Ski behind kid while holding hula hoop. Tease kid to reach for said hula hoop to keep kid in front seat and skiing in their own. Pull kid back with hula hoop at kids center of mass when the going gets to fast to slow them down. As they get better, ski backwards in front of kid while they hold hula hoop. Skate alongside kid with hulahoop to tow them on the flats.
Saves your back. Forces them to stand and support their own weight. Great physical therapy for past brothel visits. Chicks dig it.

I gotta try the hulla hoop technique. Here is some stoke from last weekend. 1st day evar for my 3YO girl. Definitely helped to have a older sibling to look up to. It’s his 3rd season, took him till 1/2 thru last year to start pizza / French fry. She was doing it her 1st day. And it’s all about the funz! And coco!

^^ nice work. start 'em young.
the 9yr old was stoked to see the park added additional features and for some reason, he’s been eyeing up the kinked rail. figured it out about the 5th time down but man, to his credit, has no fear and has no problem completely eating shit trying to put it all together.

I agree.
I worry about running over my kid when he crashes in front of me. Not much room between him and me with the hula hoop technique. those little mittens are like land mines. Fucj it takes more concentration skiing with an almost three year old than skiing challenging lines by myself.

My dad ran over my sister when we were younger. Just collided with her when she cut in front of him on a groomer. She never skied again.

Local field shredding before the EC Holiday melt. Some custom kid fatties, not too side cut, really make the difference for the youg'n.

My four year old is stoked on park and pipe:
I missed his best "jumps" yesterday. Might nee to buy an old go pro as watching videos of himself makes him proud and excited to ski more, but I don't want that shit on my helmet. Do goggle mounts work? Or would I have to resign myself to skiing with an antenna on my head that will inevitably get smashed by some overzealous safety bar lowerer? Chest mount, I assume, isn't much good for following a kid.

Looks like he is working the sides of the pipe nicely! We own a gopro but Sage always wants to watch her skiing on the chair ride up so I am resigned to using the phone mostly. Plus super easy to upload to the tubes off the phone. When it comes down to it though getting good video trumps dealing with helmet mount gaper looks. Kids will only be little once.
Phone video from Granite Peak. Took the sweet Blizzard 130 SL's we bought from Mikey in to the shop for a full grind to get them suitable to our midwest ice tracks. She is still more comfortable on her 120's combi Fishers but working the longer Blizzards is forcing her technique and she is starting to swing them pretty good. She wants to start using them during GD practice and we have the go ahead from the coach. Big transition this year to real 4 buckles as well. Should have done that sooner. Live and learn.

The 3 year old was up on blue terrain with me today. We have a general policy of keeping the terrain dialed back with her, so it was uneventful. But it still felt like an accomplishment.
