9 and 11 year olds skiied the North Face at Alyeska today in 18” of fresh. It was the first time they really got it. Powder finally clicked for them. It was too good to stop and take pics but damn am I proud today.

Our 2 year old made her first real turns off the leash today. She was as excited as I was.

Hey TFW... Samantha got to make some turns w your daughter yesterday! She was beyond stocked! I guess the coach they were skiing w was one of her old coaches and they ran into each other in hanging bowl.

Class act, you should be proud!

Oh, dropped you a PM with a backcountry question a few days back if you have time.

Been seeing our mutual friend a bit at the girls functions, man he looks pretty good, glad glad glad.

You guys ski PC? I'm considering using one of our DV days this weekend but I assume there's no love between DV and Epic.

I think the pole length issue might just be from forgetting to switch the gopro from Superview to Wide. Superview is 4:3 1440 squeezed down to 16:9, great for straight POV but not ideal for quasi-third person shooting like this. His height is squeezed down, while his poles tend be more horizontal and look longer. When he's just standing there holding his poles his elbows are right at 90*.

Anyone know of the smallest and lightest fullface helmet on the market? Dantheman?

Little guy, 3yo, graduated to riding desert from grass on dirtbike. Time for some face protection.
