Ongoing Kid Stoke [2011 and on...]

Another Whistler pow day with the kids, this time with lots of drops. I've been getting them to work on skiing into the drops with speed and to keep on skiing after landing... as opposed to stopping at the top and a tiny run-up. Of course, we do this only for ones that they're already familiar with and that we've confirmed are clear below at that moment. Super fun to see them fly!

My son has been working on his 360 for a month or so. Has finally got it dialed in and can throw it and land it off pretty much anything now. Love watching him improve and progress.

It was a good year for my 9 year old. He can officially keep up with me everywhere except the deepest pow days, and sadly I have to work a little too hard to keep up with him in big bumps. Next year the Utah mags may have to do a mini mag summit.

FKNA they are ripping.

Mine keeps improving. Past two days he has made some solid progression in a lot of things a lot of skiers never learn. Like how to keep speed in the flats. But it’s been more fun getting out into the steeps.

Please report back on how this goes. We look at this but didn't work out this summer but seriously considering for next year.

Yesterday my kid was throwing 3s all over the mountain, stomped all of em. Today....well it was a different day. Lucky to walk away from that one unharmed.
