Talisman has impeccable taste in hats. I was standing around discussing men's headwear styles with Talisman when Yeahman and mini-yeahmanette skied up. I did not realize Talisman and Yeahman had never met. They have now.

I had a couple of no shows, so I have a weeks worth of passes left:
A) Bobcat Sig took several, but sent 1 unused pass back via mail.
B) whipski was supposed to take a couple, but he was a no show to pick them up.

So I say we bring DJONGo back to Big Sky for a whole week !

The ball is rolling. I'll plan on a day or 2 or3 asap. Gotta have a freeski day with the Mayor, and some ripping the triple black cornfields with NoBu, Yeahman, maybe nest; Talisman for another hut route reconnaissance tour of duty and maybe a meetngreet with Swifty gal.

BTW - you guys are amazingly generous. Offers to crash with Harry or Talisman, free skiing from Harry, guiding from the locs. FKNA right.

Today was great. Our crew ended up lapping Challenger all afternoon after a late start and a long drive from Iowegia. One guy is new to our group and he is super talented up and coming skier and his mind was blown by the terrain. Super fun watching him and helping him raise the bar. Next year he is going to be kicking all of our asses.

I didn't text anybody today because first day out but I look like this. Ask for change.

Tmmrw we are going to do some headwaters stuff.

For sure. We have two girls who rip pretty good, Sage and her friend who is talented guys daughter 8 and 9 yo. Yeahman and I could talk acl injury for days.

Back on the hill tmmrw about 10 when the sun starts getting a bite.

Nice seeing Harry and Talisman today. When I skied up Harry had body slammed a speeder to the ground and Tali had his ski across the guy's neck. These guys don't mess around.

Hiked out to ski Jack Creek with my daughter this morning, nice to cross that one off the list. Chalky, definitely edgeable but firm enough to make me a tad nervous having the kid along. She was cool though. I think the hike is more challenging for her than the skiing. We had fun.

He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother. If he throws my skis on the floor of the office again I’m gonna have to knock his Pom-Pom off! Nice to see he and Matt having some fun for Point and Chute.

The best part of that fantasy is riding the Poma up the Ridge. When I visit next year coming from sea level, I’ll bring my Ikon pass and see if they let me on... if denied I can throw a major tantrum at the ticket window in the base.
