Hard tellin not knowin. Fair amount of rain so far and steady drizzle here in Gateway.

I am getting ready to drive around Bzn and look at 8 job sites that will be idle or full of miserable workers.

I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

MDT is dealing with some erosion on the east river road. Haven’t heard about the bridge.

Is that the bridge in question? (no first-hand knowledge, just watching from afar via Facebook)

Yelly at Corwin is fuckin giant. Watch out below, it's "only" 33k at Livingston as of 0945 mountain time.

Edit, bud says maybe the Livingston gauge is busted

51.4 at corwin is damn near unimaginable. That must be hitting the road in the canyon

Juicy. I think it's probably funner around 5000, looks a bit washed out there.

There is a sweet river wide wave a bit below the takeout that forms above 4,500. Hopefully peeps are taking advantage.

Getting a wee bit nervous about my in-laws place on the gallatin. Looks like she is heading to the highest in a hundred years amd they are just a few feet above the river bank.

All entrances to Yellowstone now closed. Nobody allowed in including those who have camping and lodging reservations. Major shitshow.

Maybe the idiots who want to build a Glamping op at Gateway on an island in the middle of the river will think 2x.

I have family that have a house built into a hillside. Water is halfway up the finished basement level. Fully submerged a 4 wheeler and it's trailer.

Stillwater which is normally at about 600 cfs for summer, and no one has seen above about 11,000, just jumped up to 19,000. The Yellowstone is now at 57,000 and should rise. That's a tenth of the damn Mississippi. Shit. It's bad. And maybe getting worse?
