Heading to Whitefish next weekend with family in the camper and going to get some AM exercise before riding lifts and eating french fries all day.....Whitefish charges $13/day for all uphill traffic. Amazing. They even have an uphill season pass

Gorgeous day at Bridger. And actually 5 degrees warmer than Brighton today. Feels balmy compared to Monday.

You can, of course, just walk up the hill outside of the boundary for free. But then you'll have to ski back down on powder instead of groomers.

Sun felt real nice for ripping groomers today. Was even pleasantly surprised how soft some N facing protected aspects were riding. Was a race day at Disco and got to listen to some peoples views on Putin. I went riding to get away from that shit.

Listen to my tale of woe. I have had some issues with my work computer and part of it was Windoze-10 not updating (A well known problem with no easy solutions).

Been fucking with it for 2 days trying to download a new version while my Internet keeps going up and down like a yo-yo. Thanks C-link.

Finally got a MS tech to fix it but in doing so he wiped every fucking app off. Trying to locate product keys has been a treat.

Blacked out tomorrow but friends coming in from GJ to ski on Sunday. I need sunshine.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Looks like you may get some sun for your buds from Grand Junkyard on Sunday. I am hoping for some breeze to move the snow around for some fresher lines before all this set up.

I have a rabbit's foot you can use to resurrect your computer apps.

I forgot what snow looked like until I went back to whitefish this weekend. Bummer to had to leave when they are probably getting 15’’ tonight and tomorrow.

Little bit of desperation I broke an A arm in seeley today. Anyone have any access to parts or anything for a 2018 rmk? Been a rough trip so far. Any beta would be amazing.

Glad you got out, hope you're feeling better. Any windbuff up there?

$100 tram add on today. Very small line.
100% uninspiring conditions today, at least it was really busy. How was the Summit?

For that much money it must have been bottomless pow up there.

There was some windbuff in Lenin. We only did one lap though. I've definitely skied worse snow. Not feeling up to snuff still so it was a short day.

2012 Montana Conditions, Stoke and Whatev Thread

Big Weather event incoming by Thursday:

    https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClic...2#.YhwbaWRlAWM

I’m betting on Big Sky / T Roots to pick up anything skiable. Bridger could get absolutely rain fucked. Or perhaps just the ridge picks up a Pineapple dumper if the temp ceiling comes down.

Looks like anything but certain conditions by the weekend.

Oh great, I'll feel right at home after living in AK and skiing in rain every day....

On another note, I won't complain to see moisture after the fire season last summer, even if it is rain.
