I don't really see the point. Walking back up Stillwater Road is way quicker than skating to IH, riding IH and then having to walk/skate to HW.

But I gotta give credit for a little outside the box thinking.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Stillwater road is kind of a narrow clusterfuck though. Walking up it seems like a good way to get decked by jerry.

Ya dood. Fast lane jump line to challenger to boot pack. Doesn't get any better.

Bridger with 7". Darn, I have responsibilities today.

I'd put my FOMO meter at around a 6 or 7

This storm over-performed! Viz finally lifted a bit around 11:30 and slushies was pretty much ski on all morning.

Had a great tour of Saddle Peak with Zero G and hit the north gully.

Wow, been looking forward to that one for a while! Beers on me next time.

The sun popped and caused the dense snow to heat up pretty quick, and we saw a few little pockets cut out.

Fun morning skiing dust on crust at the local Helena hill. Ski Patrol Retro Party fundraiser tomorrow afternoon with live music on the deck, should be full on spring skiing and a good time.

In other news, I’ve been skiing south of the Big Lie in Yellerstone, and it’s not bad up high.

South Hills are not ready. I keep hearing mixed reports from the Scratchies, but Big Sky Bikes posted that they’re good to go. We’ve been riding laps around the regulating reservoir which is fine for a 10 minute drive. Not sure I’d come up from Bozeman for that though.

Thank you. I may head out to Copper City or just ride my gravel bike instead. CC will probably be a zoo today since SWMBA posted yesterday that it's good to go.

I figure you already know this but it's probably sunny over there even if it's cloudy in town. We boulder over that direction pretty much all winter and the weather in BZN is rarely indicative of what they've got going on over there.
