If it's snowing it'll be a good time. Sorta fits my season I'll probably pull the trigger.

Big sky is no silver I'll give you that
Its a good deal, but after skiing there for a lot of years and then not having or paying extra for the tram just grinds my gears.
No where is like Silver….. lol

I'm a big fan of April pass since days of the sky card. Yeah, got to pay extra for tram, my only problem with that is when I'm not sure if runs off top are good. Pretty sure most I have paid for tram in April is $25 per trip, so 20 trips before hitting $500.

Point of order, while that is a good deal, isn't the Really Big only operating 4 days a week next April?
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Yeah, the long weekends only is not ideal for those of us traveling. Although can be a good time to bike the park roads.

Took me three minutes to call Daines, Sheehy, Downing and Zinke and register my oposition to the sale of public lands and other egregious aspects of the so called Big Beautiful Bill. Do it.

I made it clear I am opposed to the sale of any public lands in Montana, Utah, or anywhere in the West.

Downing's office was the only one that was answered by a person. He said TD will vote against any bill that includes a provision for the sale of any public land.

@YM, Sounds like Daines got your message. Now if Zinke and Sheehy get on board.

Zinke is already on record as opposed to selling public lands.

Sheehy is scum off the bottom of a pond.

Once upon a time in the thriving town of Big Sky, Montana, there was a ski patrol member known as Bunion, a beloved figure renowned for his adventurous spirit and a knack for nail-biting descents. He had earned his "Superstar" title not just for his exceptional ski skills but also for his entertaining antics on social media, where he frequently documented his escapades, often with a critical eye towards his home mountain.

What Bunion did not realize was that his posts did not go unnoticed. Among his followers was none other than the owner of Big Sky Resort, Kircher, who was disheartened as he scrolled through Bunion’s sharp critiques. The Superstar’s online rants, which humorously highlighted his near-misses on traverses and comical tumbles down the steep slopes, cast a shadow over the mountain's reputation.

Yet, Bunion remained blissfully ignorant of Kircher's displeasure. Instead, he spent his free time researching outdoor accomplishments for a project he termed the “Ski Hall of Fame Teton.” His deep passion for skiing was coupled with an enthusiasm for celebrating the legends of the sport. Unfortunately, Bunion’s frequent sidesteps into disparaging remarks about Big Sky began to jeopardize his beloved status.

One fateful day, after another harrowing tumble that left him more snow-covered than skillful, Bunion received an unexpected message from Kircher. The owner had decided to exercise his prerogative and reassign Bunion to a lesser-known location: a sketchy weed farm in Four Corners. It was deemed a fitting consequence, a reality check for a performer who had lost sight of the mountain's beauty amidst his own jokes.

Humiliated yet introspective, Bunion took this opportunity to reflect. He spent his days on the farm learning about plants, while each evening, he silently haunted the slopes of Big Sky in his memories. Slowly, he began to comprehend the significance of camaraderie, respect, and local pride.

With newfound humility, Bunion penned an open letter to Kircher, acknowledging his missteps and expressing genuine admiration for the mountain and its community. To his surprise, he received a warm reply inviting him back.

Granted a second chance, Bunion returned to the mountain, transformed and intent on uplifting rather than critiquing. With his social media platform now a vessel of positivity, he highlighted the rich experiences of skiing, the dedicated staff, and the breathtaking landscapes around him. Kircher restored his 'Superstar' title, recognizing the growth within him.

United by laughter and with a renewed sense of responsibility, Bunion thrived as both a skier and a member of the community, embodying the essence of a true superstar. And thus, Bunion learned that while the slopes can be thrilling, the bonds formed in love and respect are the true reward of the climb.
