Beautiful ^^^

Fun day rippin’ around with Elsquiador. My stashes were untracked, got lucky and grabbed first tracks down the Snowfield, then went and explored on the Moonlight side. Great couple of days of skiing.

Great pics! Believe it or not I'm actually not jealous at all. Colombia is fucking insane. Big fan of warm weather trips mid winter.

-15 in the forecast for tomorrow night and maybe lower, most snow in the yard in recent memory. Enjoy the heat.

WRG, you’re getting old. I fantasize about not being in Montana December-February too. I’m almost old enough to qualify for 55+ active senior living condo in retirement community with golf carts. That said, this winter has been great.

Track, his coat really ties the room together.

WRG, enjoy your time away. I'm a winter guy but always love getting away for a reset. But it looks like extreme cold and then maybe another refresh towards the end of the week.

    One more just for fun.

Oh and does anyone listen to Snow Brains? I’d never heard of it but one of the locals down at the Big knows I’m a big photo dork. He suggested I check out the conversation with the most photographed skier ever. Listening now and they are discussing how tricky it can be to get “the shot.”

Nice pics Swimmy. Looks like a good weekend of skiing down there. Helena side country also looking fun. Reminds me of when my kids were little and I would sneak out for little roadside runs at nap time.

Bridger was deeeeep yesterday! I think they forgot the 1 in front of the 2 inches reported. It was drifted into some of the steeps where you could just go subterranean.

Big backflip my kid did, he was pretty fired up about it:

Freakin’ awesome!! ^^^Oh Bobbybill sent me a couple pics of you from his video. The red coat was striking against all of the fresh snow. Too bad the upload photo feature is jacked but it sounds like there is some work happening behind the scenes to get the forum working again.Good stoke!

Thanks fellas! He’s fairly confident in his tricks so that at least makes me less nervous about it.

Pretty sure we crossed paths way back in the day at an epic storm weekend at lost trail elsquiador. Probably 2005ish. Dumped all weekend and we were jumping cliffs and taking pics in the Hollywood bowl. I was pnut on the board in the old days until my login broke.

Headed to Lost Trail for my bday weekend. Can’t wait to shred with the kids for two days. I hear it’s a bit crowded now but still pretty stoked to hit the road.

I remember that! I love Lost Trail. Powder Thursdays were one of the best things about living in Missoula. It's hard to imagine that place being crowded.

You're going to have an awesome time poking around that terrain with your kids.

Give me shout if you're up at Big Sky and we'll make some laps.

I'm going to be skiing Big Sky 3/1-3/5. Would love to share a few lines with some of you, especially on 3/1 and 3/2 when my groms will be in lessons.
On a related note, does anyone have a line on any used snow boots for tooling around town I can borrow or buy while we're in town? Need a sz 13, 1, or 2 for my 7 year old. Living in Coastal Al this will likely be the only days we'll need them for the rest of the year and I'll have to pack them home only to buy a new size next year!

Your sizing has me a bit confused. Anyhow, I have a pair of Schnees pack boots you are welcome to borrow. I wear a 10.5, they are about a size 12. The are older and have some minor cracking in the rubber bottoms, they don't leak in snow.
