    Skied the M!

Got stuck in M parking lot!

Canyon was stop and go, and many folks in the ditch. Tons of semis and moving trucks too… crazy that they went for it.

Firefighter told me 3 feet of snow in the parking lot at the Gallatin Canyon FD when he got to work.

Maybe hit Bridger tomorrow… if it’s not dumping rain.

I know your app shows "new snow amount" but I think it's displaying total snow depth.

NWCC site shows 30" storm snow at Onion Park, 17" S Fk Shields, 24" Shower Falls

Anyone near Bozeman have a fluid extractor pump for changing your diff fluid w/o cracking the cap?

Also, the ford dealership quoted me 600$ to change spark plugs, they charge 240$ for the plugs and 170$ per hr for 2 hrs labor. Doesn't include the red rag either. That's extra

Motorcraft plugs are 7.20 ea from O'Reilly's. The plugs couldn't be easier to reach in my Ecoboost. No covers nothing.

Unreal. I think I'll just go w the 42$ self plug swap.

Helena homies, what's going to be rideable this weekend? My most favorite roomie wants to get out instead of going down to the cookie sled fest. We had a sick teaser ride at corbly last weekend and this snow has been detrimental to our decision making....

Bummed I missed the M shred superior! We just did a post work beer canyawn with a pack of federally protected wolves (ive got the papers, man). Not one skimo in sight, they were prolly tryna road bike up bridger canyon that day.

I think most of the south hills trails have dried out from the soaking we got last week, however I'd wait until Sunday as there is a big race on Saturday.

Got the old DSLR out last night and braved the cold with covid (yes it's still a thing). Not terrible results for being in my driveway. I don't have a super high end lens/camera. If feeling better we may take a drive tonight to get past the light pollution.

No color correction, just some dehazing and a bit of sharpening.

We drove out to the Shafthouse trailhead and it really blew up between midnight and 1pm. Only a few other cars at the trailhead, but lots of people on the side of Bridger canyon rd all the way back.

I imagine a lot of people went up to Springhill.

There were even people in my "neighborhood" who drove out from town. I guess Springhill was also mobbed.

I think tonight we will have to drive somewhere pretty far.
